A mother-daughter side hustle, fueled by caffeine & chaos.
Broke'N Bored is the newest adventure from a mother-daughter duo who have never met a "crazy idea" they didn't want to try. Between the two of us, there are kids, grandkids, chickens, dogs, livestock, photobooths, and somehow still enough time to bake bread at midnight.
We turned the chaos into a side hustle. Every loaf, cookie, mix, and custom tumbler that leaves our place is made by us, for you, with a whole lot of love (and an embarrassing amount of caffeine).
Meet Kacie
Kacie is a stay-at-home mom of three — two boys (9 and 5) and a sweet baby girl (11 months) — with a husband, Mason, who supports every one of her endeavors, even the crazy ones. They've got that best-friend, husband-and-wife kind of love, and a house full of laughter, noise, and never a dull moment.
Add in a flock of chickens for fresh eggs and two dogs just for fun, and you've got Kacie's beautifully chaotic everyday. When she's not chasing littles, she's mixing dough, churning butter, or designing the next custom tumbler.
Meet Maggie
Maggie is mom to Kacie and Karen, Mommom to 5 grandkids (with one more on the way!), and has been married to her best friend Joe since 1992. Joe has stood by her through every wild idea — usually grumbling something, throwing his hands in the air, and getting it done. He is the go-to fix-it husband and dad. Grumpy but loveable.
Maggie recently left the corporate world behind and is diving head-first into running three businesses alongside her family. Broke'N Bored is the latest — and the most delicious.

Look Pretty Play Dirty Mobile Petting Farm
Now in its 14th year, Look Pretty Play Dirty started when Kacie was a teenager showing livestock at the county fair. Together, Maggie and Kacie grew it into a hands-on, educational experience that brings the farm to you — from animal grams and birthday parties to large fairs and festivals. Every animal is hand-raised to be friendly and loveable. Today, Kacie's boys are getting into showing livestock too, helping Mommom & Pop run the homestead.

Started in 2017 as an add-on to their long-running DJ business, the Memory Booth has become the main event. Maggie and Joe now own three open-air photo booths perfect for weddings, parties, and events of every size — capturing memories one silly pose at a time.
